Resettlement support and livelihood restoration for thousands of displaced families.

Construction of over 300 kilometres of roads and more than 50 bridges, reconnecting communities and stimulating economic activities.

Installation of over 100,000 solar-powered streetlights, improving security and extending commercial activities.

Delivery of 18 Mega Schools, 49 tertiary institution projects, and over 100 Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) facilities, expanding access to quality education and clean water.

Empowerment of thousands of youths through technical, vocational, entrepreneurship and skills acquisition programmes.

Achievement of five internationally recognised ISO certifications, underscoring the Commission’s commitment to transparency, accountability and global best practices.

₦100 billion investment in a 50MW Solar Mini-Grid Programme to expand reliable electricity access.

Advancement of the proposed North-East Railway Project to improve regional connectivity, commerce and trade.

Development of a proposed North-East Regional Airline to boost business, tourism and investment.

Rollout of a landmark Electric Vehicle Programme aimed at modernising transportation while creating green jobs.

Establishment of a ₦30 billion NEDC–Bank of Industry (BOI) MSME Development Fund to empower youth- and women-owned enterprises.

Expansion of specialist healthcare services through modern diagnostic equipment and advanced medical infrastructure.

Strengthened collaboration with development partners including UNIDO, UNDP and the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) to accelerate industrialisation, renewable energy and enterprise development.
