The Kano State Government has cautioned supporters of Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf to refrain from making inflammatory remarks or insulting the leader of the Kwankwasiyya movement, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, warning that such conduct will attract disciplinary action.
The warning was issued by the Director-General, Media and Publicity, Government House, Kano, Sunusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, during the distribution of motorcycles to party members at the Open Space Theatre, Government House, Kano—an event attended by Governor Yusuf.
Bature said the government would not condone indiscipline or disrespect toward Kwankwaso, noting that his contributions to Kano’s political landscape remain significant and must be respected, irrespective of current political developments in the state.
