COURT UPHOLDS SENATE’S ACTION AGAINST NATASHA AKPOTI-UDUAGHAN

‎The Court of Appeal in Abuja has upheld the suspension of Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, ruling that the Senate acted within the bounds of its constitutional authority.

‎In a unanimous decision delivered on Monday, a three-member panel of the appellate court concluded that the senator’s suspension over alleged misconduct did not violate her parliamentary privileges or constitutional rights.
