I warmly congratulate our presidential candidate, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, and our vice-presidential candidate, His Excellency Rotimi Amaechi, on the constitution of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council.
I also congratulate every member entrusted with this important national assignment and am honoured to be part of this collective effort.
This is more than the announcement of a campaign council; it is another step in our responsibility to offer Nigerians a credible political alternative at a defining moment in our national journey.
Nigeria is a country of many peoples, regions, faiths and identities. Our politics must reflect that diversity while uniting us around a common national purpose. That principle must begin with us.
As members of this campaign, we must take our message beyond political strongholds, reach Nigerians across the country and demonstrate through our conduct the Nigeria we seek to build.
I look forward to working with colleagues across the campaign structure with humility, courage and a deep sense of responsibility.
The road ahead will not be easy, but important national assignments rarely are.
