The Borno State Government is currently holding a high-level Private Sector Engagement & Investment Roundtable at the Lagos Continental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The two-day event, taking place from 8–9 October 2026, is themed “Mobilising Private Capital for Durable Solutions and Sustainable Development.”
The ongoing engagement brings together government representatives, private-sector leaders, philanthropies, development partners and other stakeholders to explore investment opportunities that can support Borno’s Durable Solutions Strategy.
Discussions are focusing on mobilising private capital for durable solutions to internal displacement, resilient communities, livelihood opportunities, inclusive development and sustainable recovery.
The initiative reflects a shared commitment to build solutions, create opportunities, strengthen resilient communities and leave no one behind.
The roundtable is supported by German Cooperation and partners under the Partnership for Durable Solutions for Internal Displacement, Resilient Communities and Inclusive Development.
