‎In a landmark gathering described as the first of its kind in the history of Bolori 2 Ward, Hon. El Lawan Mustapha, the Chairman ward working committee as well as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Special Projects, Monitoring and Evaluation, hosted members of the Ward Working Committee as well as old and newly elected party executives in a unity and consultation meeting aimed at strengthening the All Progressives Congress (APC) structure ahead of future political engagements.

‎Addressing the gathering, Hon. El Lawan Mustapha emphasized the importance of unity, harmony, and renewed commitment to the APC administration at all levels. He called on party stakeholders and members to close ranks, work together, and remain loyal to the party’s leadership in order to consolidate the numerous achievements recorded under the APC government.

‎Hon. El Lawan reminded participants that Bolori 2 Ward owes a debt of gratitude to the administrations of Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima and Governor Professor Babagana Umara Zulum for the numerous developmental projects, opportunities, and support extended to the ward and its people over the years.

‎He stressed that the best way to appreciate their contributions is by delivering overwhelming support and massive votes for the APC in the forthcoming elections.

‎Speaking further, he noted that the APC gubernatorial candidate Alhaji Mustapha Gubio, being a bonafide son of Gubio, should naturally be regarded as a son of Bolori 2 Ward, considering the historical significance of Bolori 2 as the first settlement area for people from the northern part of Borno State. He therefore urged all members to rally behind the APC and work tirelessly to ensure its continued success.

‎In his characteristic spirit of generosity and support for grassroots party structures, Hon. El Lawan Mustapha donated a token amount to the committee. He explained that the gesture was part of his continuous commitment to supporting the Ward Working Committee and strengthening party activities at the grassroots level.

‎Several stakeholders who spoke during the meeting, including Alhaji Balumami, Alhaji Shuwa Batami, Alhaji Bukar Custom, Hon Ali Shuwa and Ibrahim Musa Bundur  among others, all emphasized the need for unity and collective responsibility. They commended Hon. El Lawan Mustapha for his unwavering dedication to the ward and for consistently shouldering many of the challenges facing the party and the community.

‎On behalf of the party executives and the Ward Working Committee, the Ward Chairman, Badala Alhaji Gana, expressed profound appreciation to Hon. El Lawan Mustapha for organizing the historic meeting and for his continued generosity and commitment to the growth of Bolori 2 Ward. He described Hon. El Lawan as a dependable leader whose contributions have significantly strengthened the party’s foundation within the ward.
